Maxthon è un browser derivato da MyIE particolarmente diffuso, tanto che è considerato il secondo browser in Cina.
Basato su una solida comunità di sostenitori (soprattutto in Cina) Maxthon offre un'interfaccia intuitiva, una moltitudine di feature e inoltre permette di scegliere il render delle pagine: tramite Trident (il layout engine di Internet Explorer) oppure tramite Gecko (il layout engine di Mozilla).
Attualmente in sviluppo l'attesissima versione 2.0.
